RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
  • Certain items, such as software, opened headphones, and customized electronics, may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Exchanges

  • Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Return Process

  • Contact customer service at sales@patrontechng.com to initiate a return.
  • Pack the item securely and ship it to 10 Medical Road, Bond Plaza Shop D19 Beside Zenith Bank, Ikeja, Lagos.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Exceptions

  • Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer if applicable.
