RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY
1. Returns
- Items can be returned within 3 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
- Certain items, such as software, opened headphones, and customized electronics, may not be eligible for return.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
- Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product.
- If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered.
4. Return Process
- Contact customer service at sales@patrontechng.com to initiate a return.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to 10 Medical Road, Bond Plaza Shop D19 Beside Zenith Bank, Ikeja, Lagos.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
5. Exceptions
- Clearance or final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer if applicable.
